The Jubilee of Reading Book Club Conference was the vision of Doris K. Wells, DeKalb County Public Library’s first African American professional librarian and her daughter Tami Wells-Thomas. The festival celebrates the cultural diversity of DeKalb County through programs that support education, youth, seniors, families, and local businesses.
